Perfect location for us when we're in the area. Spacious rooms, great beds, duvets & pillows but what makes this hotel, is the staff. From the reception team to the kitchen & restaurant staff, they're so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Sharan on reception is an absolute star. We'd also like to thank Peyman, Flora, Kim, Elena, Paul & Santosh. Really good selection for breakfast and the restaurant is kept so clean and tidy. The team in here work exceptionally hard. Thanks for a great two night stay!

Typical Premier Inn rooms, this one has no air-conditioning, obviously not an issue this time of year but may be in the summer. I wish Premier Inn would put in proper shower hoses and get rid of the fixed head showers. This is always my biggest complaint, may not matter to most but it's one thing I don't like. Dining room was very pleasant and decent selection for breakfast. Car parking was free and location was great for me. Services nearby and a pub on site. I was travelling on from Totton Railway Station the following day, which is just over 10 minute drive away (bonus is there are some free car parks there on a Sunday, which are only a short walk from the station).

I had a wonderful stay at this premier inn. All of the staff are 10 out of 10. They couldn't of been nicer or more accomodating. The room and my bed were exceptionally clean and comfy and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again. Many thanks again to the staff if you read this.

Our room was very nice and cleaned to a high standard. Bed comfy, exceptionally clean bathroom. Staff; Gareth went above & beyond in helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble, esp helping with my wifi problem. Jackie on reception was friendly & professional. It is so nice to meet staff willing to help and appearing to enjoy their work. Thank you. We highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Good location easy to find and a good pub next door. Staff are friendly and welcoming. My only negative thing to say was the room was poor for a Premier Inn. Bed was fine and comfortable, the light around the mirror didn't work. The bathroom was dirty, with mould on the walls, the shower didn't work and water leaked everywhere. The soap dispensers were both empty. The extraction fan wasn't working so believe that caused the mould. I've seen better Premier inn's.

The staff where very good. They were polite and helpful. Room was substandard. Mattress was very uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well for the 2 nights I stayed, it left me with hips and back ache. Although cleaned well the room was generally in need of renovation eg: carpet grimy/stained. Shower screen was loose and fell off runner if closed fully. Sink didn't have a plug (that fitted). Shower area in need of deep clean to clean general grime and mildew in crevices and on grout etc. This (obviously) only reflects the room we were in. It's a shame the excellent staff where let down by the room.

The hotel itself is in a nice location, our interconnecting rooms which we needed due to our daughters needs were very nice, and quiet too. The beds were comfortable and the rooms facilities were nice too. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful too. In our opinion, they went above and beyond when we mentioned to them in conversation that our youngest daughter who has SEN, has always been mad on Premier Inn, and has always wanted to stay in one, They then went and collected some small bits and bobs of Premier Inn marked stuff from behind reception for her as a memento of her stay. She was over the moon with their little gifts, and beaming with happiness. A small gesture from them, which cost nothing. But means the world to our daughter and of course to us too. There is also a Hungry horse pub/restaurant next door which is also very nice. Another little bonus is that parking is free at the hotel. All in all, our stay was most pleasurable, made even more so by the very nice staff. On our experience, we would recommend a stay here, and when we are next in the area, we will book again here.

The room was comfortable with a nice shower and good size tv and less than £40.00 for a one night stay. The breakfast the following day was excellent in a modern and clean environment and again good value at £9.00 each for unlimited choice.

For an overnight stay the room was comfortable, and clean. A good supply of tea and coffee, with more available at reception if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially for my disabled sister in law. I would definitely use them again. A pub "the vines" is next door and they give good service.
