   From my initial phone call with a pleasant, polite and efficient lady I have been delighted with this company, whose customer care is excellent. The diagnosis and replacement of my appliance was efficient, speedy and fairly priced. They went the extra mile to correct the sloppy installation (by another company) of an appliance that has been infuriatingly misaligned for years - and did not charge me! The icing on the cake is the very polite and helpful team who carry out the work. A level of service that sadly seems to be in great decline.

   Very strange shop. Owners clearly afraid of some sort of cold. Blocking customers entering the shop and full use of face masks. This is then contradicted by only accepting cash for purchases. I won't be supporting this local business.
