Wow! Such a selection and the most helpful staff. I witnessed an elderly lady being assisted with the most amazing patience and clarity by who I presume is one of the owners (gentleman) and there was absolutely no sense of her being hurried. It was a pleasure to see! My enquiry was dealt with professionally and knowledgeably and I left with exactly what I wanted with no fuss and at an excellent price. There's a reason this shop is busy - it's because they are good at what they do and offer a service second to none. Thank you Hardy's, I'll be a repeat customer.

Following a boiler breakdown, I needed to get a fan heater to a relative quickly (and i was up the other end of the country). A quick phone call and reasonable delivery charge later, a fan heater was delivered in a little over an hour. Great service.

Absolutely disgusting rude engineer,didn't say his name walk in crashed and banged around the kitchen,didn't say a word apart from when leaving when he was asked if everything ok , came back with a obnoxious comment ,as a trademan myself I would never act like that in someone's home ,total disrespectful for the company he works for and their customers
My Parents (both in their 80s) had the misfortune of the fridge packing up on a Saturday morning. They are not Internet savvy and are not mobile enough to get into town. These guys came to the rescue by dealing with the enquiry and order over the phone and delivering the same day. A huge thank you from not just them but from me too (son). Can't thank you or recommend you enough.
A very big thank you for the wonderful service I received from this electrical Store. I misplaced the remote control for my t.v, and needed to replace it in a hurry! I am disabled, housebound, and unable to operate my t.v manually. Within 15 minutes of my phone call, there was a nock on my door, a lovely man had a replacement remote for me! Service does not come any better than that!
Excellent local business. Very helpful, friendly & informative staff. We purchased a hob from a well known chain, once fitted it didn't work. We paid to have it removed & a new one fitted, that one was faulty too. After several weeks of complaining to the said company, got a refund & decided to go to Hardys. Completely different experience to dealing with the big company- they provided a personal service & helped us choose an excellent hob, explained everything & arranged for the new one to be fitted the next day (on a Sunday). Service (& product) can be highly recommended- was excellent, efficient, friendly. SHOP LOCAL!
