Won't last if they keep promising something is ready to collect on order then when you pay say it is not ready. Not good enough, Amazon will take over of they keep this up. The only USP for Argos and they don't deliver. Must do better.

I collected something on 24th July. The store manager served me. He was friendly and got my item immediately. It was an all round great experience. A while since I’ve experienced such good customer service.

Terrible customer service, not helpful when trying to exchange an item. Manager Sheri was awful, smirking the whole time. Really disappointed at the lack of help!
It's a lot quieter than it used to be. I don't really use it anymore. I preferred it when they had catalogues...it gave the children a chance to have a proper look and choose their own Christmas presents or just to help them to think about what they'd like. It's not the same, less packed I suppose.
