We have been using The Green Office as one of our preferred providers for stationery for over a decade. They're always quick to respond to orders and to resolve any issues that may arise. I have purchased a lot of masks from the Green Office - both surgical masks and KN95 masks and have been very pleased with the quality of the products supplied. Despatch has been very quick and any queries have been dealt with promptly. I would recommend.
I have ordered hand sanitisers for our charity on 13th March but as of today (1st April), the item didn't arrive since there are strict curbs on life at the moment we no longer need the product. Today I have called them to cancel the delivery (which was shown as 'in progress' in their website) they said the order was dispatched 5 days ago and there is no way to cancel it. Although "Consumer Contracts Regulations" and "Consumer Rights Act 2015" says a company can't implement a policy for non-perishable items not to be returned if the goods "unused and in unopened packaging" they claim their policy prevent me to have a refund. I will use all of my legal rights to challenge this decision.
Fake products and horrible customer service !! we bought the facemask which is extremely thin. it's defiantly fake one! when I call them , their customer service was terrible. the staff were creating many excuses to me and didn't explain properly. In a nutshell , DON'T PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS from them. Be careful! At this special period , they are raising the toilet paper price so much which is unacceptable . Commerce without morality！
I don't even consider to put a star here if I could. DON'T BUY the MASK from them! It's UNBRANDED and packaged in a ZIPPED bag. The only proof of the masks is from the document on their website which is in a really bad resolution. I wanted to cancelled the order straight away and strange things happened, after few seconds I sent the message, they marked the order as dispatched! When I called them and asked for an order refund, they asked me straight away if it is about the mask? I assumed so many people called them about that!!!
My first order was delivered by DPD on time. All items were in stock and at a good price. Excellent communication with Joseph when I had to phone about a pre-order query. Order delivered in an excellent package which had been well filled in order to save wasted packaging that one often gets from some other stationery suppliers. Overall, very pleased and shall definitely use the Green Office for all future stationery orders.
