“The mamanager went above and beyond today. The staff are always kind and helpful and the shop always sells really amazing and interesting things but today the manager Simon went above and beyond. I unfortunately was being followed around Shirley and after walking into Oxfam a gentleman pointed the man out and after confirming I didn't know him he went to a member of staff and the manager Simon quickly and calmly asked if I wanted to sit in the back of the shop while I waited for my friend to pick me up just incase the man came in. He offered me coffee, teas, water and showd me where the toilets were just in case. He allowed me to stay back there while waiting for my friend and was so kind when I left.
