We just had an appointment with Hayley and could not recommend her highly enough. We have a daughter with special needs and another baby on the way and I want to be seated in the back with both of them, so we have quite a particular set of requirements! Hayley's knowledge and expertise of car seat fitting and safety was exceptional, even for our daughter complex needs, which was so reassuring. I don’t often leave reviews but had such excellent service today from Hayley. She gave really informative, practical advice on a tricky car seat set up in my new car. I had spent ages online getting muddled with conflicting and confusing advice but Hayley was so clear and got it sorted, so happy to then buy our car seat directly from her when we would normally buy that kind of thing online.
Hayley at Bijou Baby was absolutely fantastic when helping us find a suitable car seat for our 7 month old. She is clearly so knowledgeable and helped with testing the fit if a couple of seats in our car that we liked. She then helped fit the seat we purchased. My little boy looked so comfy in his new seat and slept all the way home. Can't recommend Bijou Baby enough!
Amazing service! I went to see Hayley to discuss car seat options for my baby and she was absolutely fab. We got chatting about all things baby related. She helped me pick out a seat that suits our needs and fitted it for me, showing me how it all worked so I can move the seat and adjust it as required for my little one. By this point baby was grumpy and she was more than happy for me to stay and feed baby before I left. She's definitely the person to go to for car seat safety advice, she clearly has a real passion for ensuring babies and children are safe which is the most important thing to me.

We received such a great level of service from the owner of Bijou Baby. Also very happy with our new ERF seat. It has made a huge immediate difference to our 13mo baby who is no longer screaming throughout the car journey!
Hayley was really helpful. She gave us great knowledge about the seat that we wanted to purchase. She demonstrated how to fit it into our car talking us through every step. When we changed cars months after our baby was born, she gave great support in how to fit the seat. This is why you go to specialists rather than huge retailers . The aftercare has been wonderful and I would really recommend.

Fantastic service. I contaced Bijou baby with an idea of the car seat I wanted after looking into ERF. After a chat, Hayley was able to recommend a much more suitable seat for my little girls needs, that i hadnt previously considered.
