   I was served on till 3 around 1:40pm by a man who was so nice and chatty. I find shopping on my own to be quite overwhelming but his attitude and how he spoke to me and other customers really put me in a good mood. He’s a credit to this shop, I hope he sees this!

   Typical Aldi, well used by the locals. Every now and then I hear of someone given an unjust parking fine, but these can be resolved by the staff, and I believe most people are fine. .

   Good prices, decent selection. A compact store but has everything you need. Parking is handy. Check outs are fast mainly because staff fling their shopping at you which isn’t nice for the elder generation staff don’t seem to care. Great for when I’m in a hurry but most of their customers appear to be of the later generation

   Highly recommend this recently revamped Aldi. Fresh food is now at the front, which is lovely. The aisles feel wider as well. There is now a good self service area, as well as the usual tills. Staff is kind a d friendly.

   Great prices, friendly staff. Shelves often bare and lacking product options such as gluten free options and non frozen veggie options. Can always get a parking space and its free parking for customers. More cost effective to shop here than waitrose

   I love aldi but this one (in Hampshire) was lacking compared to my own local Aldi. Staff on checkout were much more pleasant than at home and had more time rather than throwing your shopping at you through the checkout. Parking on site (payment needs to be made if you don't shop at Aldi)

   Always quickly through the store, nearly get everything I need. Shop is getting refurb soon. Ample car parking, 2 hours free if you enter your car reg, just by checkouts

   There is a assistant there by the name of Adam. He once offered my sister a sum of money in exchange for inappropriate favours and is now being very offending to her in store hours false accusing her of inappropriate activities. He had grabbed her and attempt to perform those acts in front of customers that found it very concerning. The manager even falsified his name which I found very unprofessional. If you're looking to shop in a decent job inappropriate environment please do not shop there.

   I went into Aldi (Romsey) the morning of 13th August. Got almost everything I needed and headed to the tills. At checkout I mentioned that as it was hot it wasn’t surprising that there was no ice. The very cheerful lady (Kim) on the till said, oh we have some out the back, I will go and get some for you. She came back with the three bags of ice that I had asked for and got someone to fill the freezer with the remaining ice.. Kim is an absolute credit to the store and I thanked her for her excellent customer service and going the extra mile for me..
