“I often go in here to get my Waitrose staples that simply aren’t available in any other supermarket but today in particular I feel the need to write a review mainly due to the Waitrose Partners in this branch. I needed help at the Customer Service desk and a lovely lady named Louise helped me well she really went over and above and I really do appreciate the kind and thoughtful assistance she provided. I was also assisted by 2 other partners instore today. Thank you all for your constant help, it always makes Waitrose a great place to shop.”
“Great service and deals. Plus 10% discount with an nus card”

“Sells most things but can prove expensive..Some good deals. Always open so very handy.”
“Cheap but always have to wait a while to pay”

“Sells a huge range of produce. You could do your weekly shop here if needed. A big range of cook products and ready meals which I have found find are great for the elderly with not much else nearby. Great to stop for lunch has a hot selection for pasty etc. good value. Friendly staff. Parking round the back. I don’t use for fuel due to having a card for somewhere else but seems well used.”
“They always have good food options, & snacks. Staff are always friendly, and I'm sure they all work really hard.”
“Abbotswood Village's small & slightly posh (but not too posh) Southern Cooperative. If you want a pint of milk plus some great local produce and deli goods, for example Lyburn Cheese, a craft ale from Flack Manor or Montezuma chocolate, hey this is your kind of Coop 101!”
“Feels more accessible than most other Co Ops in the area. Staff don't leave cages blocking the aisles. Theres always someone on till when I go in, which can be rare elsewhere. Tyler was extremely helpful when I went in.”
“A very handy store with friendly staff. You can get most lines here.”
