Feels more accessible than most other Co Ops in the area. Staff don't leave cages blocking the aisles. Theres always someone on till when I go in, which can be rare elsewhere. Tyler was extremely helpful when I went in.

Walked down to this shop 5 min ago to find it closed no signage banged on the window was told it is shut and wasn't opening anymore this evening, I find this extremely annoying as its our local shop and can't rely on the opening times from a reputable company what is going on these days

A lovely southern coop well stocked. Clean with friendly staff and a cash-point.

Bought some lunch shopping with discounted stuff, great I thought. I got it home to unpack and realised they hadn’t applied the discounts. Luckily I had a receipt as I usually decline them . They were rude and unapologetic when I returned them after a 4 mile round trip not compensated for.. I Understand occasional mistakes happen but 4 multi buys wrong and 4 items with orange barcode wrong . Cashier thought it was Okay to get it sowrong and mocked me for bothering to return to complain. Will shop at other branch in future as this is a clear attempt at theft. Make sure you get a receipt and check!

Have to say it is a low 4 star. Look, the place is good. The staff are always good. However its the actual design of the place. It's too small for what they are trying to fit in. There are other co ops in area. But if you are just walking and you live nearby then it's okay. [Amendment: This stores design has been updated with wider aisles and breathes alot easier now.]

Staff are lovely but must say the Isles are to narrow so it's not really suitable for someone in for say a wheel chair or someone with a buggy
