   It's always a pleasure shopping at Waitrose in Ringwood. It's ideally located at The Furlong & has 2hrs free parking. With wide aisles, friendly, helpful staff & a good selection of groceries, I find myself checking in every week. There are certain favourite food items only available at Waitrose. Having a Waitrose loyalty card helps when using discount vouchers for a few items I buy regularly. A Staff Member helped me locate a particular condiment that I could not find. I am so pleased that I bought a very useful lightweight Waitrose fold-up bag which fits easily into my handbag or coat pocket.

   I often go in here to get my Waitrose staples that simply aren’t available in any other supermarket but today in particular I feel the need to write a review mainly due to the Waitrose Partners in this branch. I needed help at the Customer Service desk and a lovely lady named Louise helped me well she really went over and above and I really do appreciate the kind and thoughtful assistance she provided. I was also assisted by 2 other partners instore today. Thank you all for your constant help, it always makes Waitrose a great place to shop.

   My wife shops and I watch the comings and goings of shoppers. Excellent disabled toilet facilities. I have mentioned to a staff member there isn’t any hooks to hang clothing on.

   This is proabably one of my favorite supermarkets. Not just for the food but for the quality of the customers too. You really do feel posh coming here. Quality of the produce is reflected in the price but feeling safe and enjoying the shopping experince deffinetly is worth the price. What a cracking experience it is coming here. The store isn't massive but still packs a load of food. Its a great size really. For a weekly shop or a visit while on a holiday in the area it offers a wide range of your essential items. If you want anything else Romsey is not too far away to gather any other items. Parking is free although i think is limited to 3 hours (Novemeber 2025) Not sure why you'd want anymore than that. I tend to park out the way as most customers are a tad older and less flexible and i dont trust their ability to enter and exit a vehicle without smashing their doors into yours. Unless you dont mind that thing then park where ever suits. Close by is Romsey Fire station. Do not park in the yellow box. Unless you want a fine. Enjoy the store ! If you cant afford the produce then Aldi is close a 2/3mins drive depending on lights and traffic.

   Love this shop, always stock those little extra special ingredients & good quality meat & fish. clean & tidy. Nice to see staff wash there hands after serving from fresh meat counter then to the fresh fish counter, although a couple of times I noticed some shop assistants didn't do this so I walked away. Checkout staff are very polite & friendly shop floor staff also very polite. Management well I have seen on a couple of occasions Management being quite rude to there checkout staff , something a lot of people wouldn't tolerate. Nevertheless that's been the only negative.

   This is my girlfriends favourite place to go to. Everything is nice, the bags are usually very heavy as I’m bringing them to the car. My girlfriend is unstoppable in any shopping experience and Romsey Waitrose is no exception.

   Lisa, a Waitrose partner, has just gone above and beyond and deserves recognition. The store was sold out of the baby formula I use and she personally went to the chandler's ford branch after hours to collect a case and delivered it to the Romsey store so it was waiting for me at the front desk the next morning. This store has always had brilliant customer service but this was better than I could ask for. Thanks so much!

   Romsey is our go to store for proximity and a good range of organic produce EXCEPT there's far too much single use plastic on all products (the new branding hasn't changed this). There's poor organic line in tinned soups: only a range from USA and one from Heinz! I keep doing your survey and saying 'Could do better Waitrose'.
