Gentlemen told my children on a Saturday that he would put by 4 bottles of prime for them. On Monday as we live in Southampton and can't get hold of it. We agreed i would travel to Romsey to collect it on Tuesday. After spending £4 to get there i get told no they don't have it and they refused to contact the gentleman that agreed to put it by. Now have to pay another £4 to go home empty handed. Very rude customer service. From Tuesday staff members.
Clean, well stocked & PO as well. Staff very friendly & helpful. Top marks
