   I would give no stars if I could. The lady supposedly serving, is grumpy, hostile and unprofessional. We like to support local businesses but she is so rude and unhelpful that we will never use the shop again, preferring Home Hardware in Romsey, where they cannot do enough for you. I thought it may have been just us, but a friend of ours mentioned to us how rude and unhelpful she was before he knew we had had the same experience. Such a shame as the previous owners were so knowledgeable and friendly.

   I can’t believe how much of a range of things they have in the shop. Felt welcome by the staff and the owner of the shop is a roofer i couldn’t believe my luck. Its like Aladdin’s cave in there. Literally everything I couldn’t think of inside.

   The best shop in Romsey! Astonishing range of stock for all your hardware (and more) needs. They have everything from cutlery to humbrol modelling paints, garden plants, and even stock a range of timber. I'm aware I sound like the owner, but the place really is great. Their prices are competitive with Screwfix with the bonus of great, and knowledgeable service. And you'll be supporting a local business.

   SUCH A GEM! Such a variety of stock from cleaning products, stationary, sewing stuff, glues, paints, key cutting, kitchen utensils, animal foods, plant seeds, signs, ladders, plants, garden tools, extension leads, bin stickers, nails/screws/bolts etc that can be bought individually. Everything is a great price and the staff are SO friendly and helpful. Us locals would be lost without this little treasure trove! Recently popped in to buy some needles and thread for a project and came home with a glue gun, iron on hemming tape and a cactus! Love this shop!
