   I recently took some silver necklaces into Offord to be cleaned . I was seen by a lovely lady who said to return in a couple of hours . I returned a couple of days later and was seen by a very courteous gentleman who, when I asked how much I owed for the cleaning service ( of which they did a fabulous job), he said it was a free service ! What a brilliant service, thank you! I have used Offords for years, I bought my wedding ring from the Winchester shop ,had a lost stone from my engagement ring replaced and, most recently, an eternity ring remodelled..Long may this family run business continue as it offers such a friendly trustworthy service . At least one female member of staff has been at the Winchester shop for as long as I have been going there ( at least twenty five years) which says a lot about the company .

   Dealt with Offord and Sons many times Buying watches, having batteries replaced and also both leather and metal straps adjusted and swapped. Can’t praise the staff for their polite nature, eagerness to help and efficient turnaround times. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone.

Proper, old school jewellers who like to talk over ideas and never had to wait for “postage” as most things fixed on site. They were super generous with my daughter’s necklace recently.    Fantastic service! I popped in for advice regarding a tangled chain. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and refused any payment despite spending 20 minutes helping me sort it out. I would thoroughly recommend Offords and will definitely return in the future when I want to purchase jewellery.

   Such lovely and welcoming staff. I have been there a number of times, and the quality of their work is amazing. They managed to repair a bracelet that I was told couldn't be fixed just in time for my wedding, and they recently carried out new work on my engagement ring and the result is stunning. Will always return there.

   Great customer service with friendly helpful staff. My necklace needed a new larger catch putting on so that I could put the necklace on myself. When I went to collect the necklace the next day they had put a new catch on and said that as the necklace had been bought from them there would be no charge. They also sell some lovely second hand jewellry.

   I popped in this afternoon to see if they could fix my wedding ring that I had managed to bend out of shape. The kind lady took my ring and said ‘we can’t do it before Christmas I’m afraid’ then walked off for a few minutes. She then returned with my ring and it had been fixed! She did not want any money from me. I was extremely happy. They had also resized my wife’s engagement ring some 10 years ago, when other jewellers had said it couldn’t be done. The ring is still fine. An excellent family run business with a lovely range of jewellery and ornaments. Superb, friendly service. Highly recommend.

   So lovely to receive such friendly, professional customer service. My mother needed the clasp checked on her ring, the lady very kindly said we will also clean the ring for you. They also cleaned mine at the same time. All very efficient, it was done on the spot. Very helpful and obliging. Would highly recommend Offord & Sons.
