   I came today to have my engagement ring resized, I have already have had it resized before so the lovely lady advised me to wait until I had maintained my weight for several more months just incase the ring needed to go down another size. She put a spiral band on to ensure the ring stays in place and also gave the ring a diamond shine clean for free. Absolutely lovely shop with lovely staff, so thankful for their help and advice today. Will always be happy to come back

   I got my second ear piercings here yesterday and it was INCREDIBLE service, Jay was super friendly and my social anxiety was eased pretty much right away. The actual piercing process was fast and simple, and the experience as a whole was really enjoyable and I'm really happy with it!! I highly recommend coming here if you want your ears pierced by really friendly staff (and if you want super pretty jewellery). I'll definitely be coming back in the future to get my third piercings, I'm looking forward to it! Thank you so much again!! :^)

   My first time visiting this store, I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello as I walked in. I was served by Natalie and explained I was looking to purchase a new watch, she talked me through the different brands and styles and I chose a few to try from their citizen range. Natalie was very knowledgeable and I chose this lovely automatic which she kindly adjusted to fit. All staff were very friendly. would highly recommend.

   Had a silver bracelet and a silver chain, called up for a price to get them cleaned and polished and got told they do it for free! Popped in handed the jewellery and within 10 minutes handed back free of charge and look exactly as they were brand new! Definitely recommend and has lovely pieces of jewellery in there too!

   Always had excellent service, my wife love's this shop. Has bought a few items over the years plus has had items adjusted and made. Sorry but am updating my previous rating, although the staff in the shop are still brilliant, trying to work with the workshop recently to design a bespoke ring, has been like a little Britain sketch where the computer says No!

   I took my wedding ring in for repair as it had a crack in the gold. It's been repaired beautifully and looks like new. Friendly and helpful staff in the Totton store and what I especially like is that my precious jewellery was collected in person and taken to the workshop and not sent by post. Highly recommend
