   Terrible service, wanted to buy used golden chain, and they wanted to sell me without checking on weight . When ask about weighing, they said not prepared to sell anymore, cause i don’t trust them. I’ve supposed to buy £1000 ( and they take only cash )chain on trust , without return policy or warranty. Poor and arrogant behaviour from start to finish. Time wasters

   My wife recently had new stones reset in her wedding ring & I had to have mine made smaller. The customer service was excellent, as it always is and both jobs were superb & at reasonable prices. Been using them on & off for 30 years and would highly recommend.

   Took some scrap gold in as the sign outside says buy scrap gold but they made me feel like an idiot and rejected the necklaces because they couldn't sell them so really paying scrap price for stuff they then sell in the shop and cheating people. Went to cash creators who were very friendly and much to my surprise received £170 for my few bits that I don't wear now. Also cash creators did everything at the counter testing as some not hallmarked and weighing they didn't take it out of sight. If they're offering good prices on second hand jewellery and watches, I think, it's because they only gave the previous owner scrap value

   Shame there is not a "zero" star option. Called today in desperate need of a christening bracelet with an engraved name. I know I'm late to order but i work in nursing care. Anyways, I call and a man answers and is very rude to me. He told me that no where in there south of England will engrave said bracelet for me. Impossible, apparently. He said i would have to pay "quite a lot of money" to have this done Quoting £45, i said no problem to which he said it had to be sent off. But previously said it was hand engraved. At that price i would expect it done in house. However i got off of the phone to the very patronising man and immediately got through to a Southampton company that could help and for more than half the price with collection at 12!! I would take your custom else where
