Another brilliant afternoon at Tradpots. This time learning how to throw pots on the wheel. Mark and Tri were excellent teachers, as always. I would recommend this - such a lovely activity to do with friends and family. In my case my husband who loves coming with me to take part in pot making and/or Raku sessions at the weekend. Thanks to all at Tradpots!!
We did the Try Pottery (Taster) Class and had the best time. We made 3 pieces each on the wheel and came back to glaze them and were so happy with how they turned out. The class was very relaxed and they helped you with your technique to ensure you made something you would feel proud of. Mark was always a pleasure to see each visit and was very warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be coming back soon!
I had a lovely time for my Birthday taster session. Mark was very patient as I was nervous having never tried pottery, but I surprised myself! I really enjoyed it and was made very welcome by everyone there. I made 3 pots and will be going back to glaze them. I will definitely be booking more pottery classes too.
Had the best private session with Mark and his team for our friends birthday. Super knowledgable and helpful! We loved it and can’t wait to get our pieces!
I wholeheartedly recommend going to Tradpots. We had a fantastic time as complete beginners learning to make lots of different pots and bowls with Mark who is kind, patient and easy going, just the perfect teacher, as well as being an excellent potter. We did a one day course and were able to pop back and glaze our creations taking as long as we wanted. We're really happy with the finished items we have made - look no further!
3-generation family group all went together. Mark and Alan brilliant instructors, really patient. So very enjoyable. Best fun all together for ages, and we have pots etc as super momentous. Would give more stars if possible. Would like to return for longer course in new year.
Great afternoon with Mark at the taster class! I bought a voucher for my dad as a birthday present and we went together as a small group. Such a fun experience getting to use the pottery wheel. Mark was really helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend!
Had a fantastic afternoon enjoying my first pottery class. It was lots of fun and well worth doing. Mark, Potter/ Instructor, was welcoming, friendly and very patient! He was good at making us feel at ease for our first go at throwing clay. His tuition was excellent - enough to keep our pots on track, whilst also letting us try to work out what we were doing.
