   Fabulous service at this long running family jewellers in the heart of Christchurch. I had an issue with an old and worn wedding ring Tracey and James served me today. They were both helpful and efficient. They took the ring, worked on it for a short while, discussed various options with me and returned my ring to me as good as new! I could not believe it! On previous visits to Christchurch Jewellers, I have always found the service excellent. We are lucky to have such a great business in Christchurch.

   I popped into this jewellers last week with a pair of earrings that I had accidentally bent the posts on the back hoping they could be repaired. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Dan not only repaired my earings but he refused payment as it only took him a few seconds. I will definitely be returning to this shop when I next want to buy jewellery!

   Should’ve made this review sooner, but sometimes life just gets in the way…however, I’d just like to pass on my sincere thanks to all the staff that work in this shop. After buying a ring, we unfortunately had a few problems & returned to the shop. I can honestly say the staff were amazing & nothing was too much trouble for them. Their understanding and customer service was second to none throughout the whole process and in getting the issue resolved. Can’t praise them enough - great shop & highly recommended..5⭐️

   My partner and I popped in on Saturday to browse the wedding rings - and get an idea of what kind we both would like. The guys were SO helpful and friendly. We tried on loads of rings and my partner found his size. We chatted for ages, and they gave us loads of really helpful info. We have both chosen our rings, and have discussed what type would be best for us - for example, platinum or silver. The team wrote down all the info for us so we could remind ourselves when we go in to order our rings. They found prices for us too! They also took a link out of my partners watch and changed the battery - in under five minutes. So nice to have such lovely conversation and feel so comfortable with the team, as we were both unsure of how the ring shopping experience would be. 10/10 recommendation from us!

   We were visiting Christchurch for the day and my husband went into this jeweller. For two weeks, we've been into every jeweller we've seen, with no joy,while looking for a ring size adjuster,r as his wedding ring has become loose. He took his chance with this jewellers. Not only did they have the product, but the gentleman serving put it on the ring, and when asked the price, he was told there was no charge. It is a very kind gesture but also good to see good customer service, which a t times is so rare. We would highly recommend this shop.

   Impeccable personal, thoughtful and friendly service. The whole team are so welcoming and inviting. Annie and Charlie have been particular angels helping me design 2 pairs of earrings for my wedding and my engagement ring and have gone above and beyond! Hands down best jewellers in BCP area, won't be going anywhere else for any jewellery needs.

   Absolutely delighted with the service here. Took my engagement ring in to be reshaped and it looked brand new when it was finished. Made my wedding band look awful next to it so they cleaned that for me too. Super fast service and staff really lovely and polite. I've definitely found myself a new jewellers! Thank you very much

   We went in to have a wedding band resized recently. The staff were so lovely and kind and did it for us while we waited. After 9 months of not being able to wear my ring, it took 10 minutes for Christchurch Jewellers to sort it for me. Highly recommend for all your jewellery needs.

   Very friendly and helpful jewelers set in middle of pedestrian walkway. Very easy access to front of the shop and unimpeded access through large glass door. Very professional team and genuinely care to ensure that you get good value and more importantly that the item is what you want.. We purchased a item of jewellery and it needed to be exchanged and another altered, this was all done at no extra cost. Dry friendly, helpful and cheery. We have purchased from here before and have only ever had perfect service. Thank you .
