   The last time I visited Gotrel’s was when Martin worked in Chipping Campden. He designed and made my engagement and our wedding rings over 20y ago. When I recently lost my rings I was thrilled to discover he is working on the IOW. Thank you for the beautiful craftsmanship, Martin. I remembered how you carefully advised and chose my original gem and so although I could not visit you, I was confident to let you choose again.    I absolutely love these guys. Their work is fantastic and they have been a total pleasure to deal with. I had a piece of jewellery, left to me by my grandmother, that I had adapted into a more wearable ring, along with a pendant, which was a great suggestion from Leo.    Leo did a fantastic job of cleaning my husband’s wedding ring, my wedding band and my eternity ring, resizing my 2 rings to 3 sizes smaller and valuing of the 3 rings. They returned looking brand new and shiny. Posted by recorded delivery and a fantastic friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

   I ordered a bespoke platinum engagement ring, I was not disapointed, it was absolutely perfect, my Fiancé and I were made to feel like friends rather than customers. The whole transaction from design to the finished ring was flawless, we felt valued as customers not just someone off the street.
