I had some old silver jewellery melted down and made into new modern pieces. Louise was very helpful, friendly and professional. I am very happy with the new bangles.
We approached Louise to make our 18 carat gold wedding bands based on the strength of her experience and online designs. Louise guided us through the whole process really clearly, and helped us refine our ideas in an initial consultation. She then made test rings in silver to ensure we liked her execution of our ideas - which we did! The final versions in 18 carat gold blew us away - they were so much nicer (and, to our surprise, even better value) than similar ones we'd seen in high-end goldsmiths stores in nearby Winchester. Louise managed the whole process really quickly (about 3 weeks in all) and was amazingly communicative and accommodating throughout. We have already recommended her to others and will definitely be returning to Platina Jewellery for special jewellery gifts in future!
I treated my daughter to the Saturday ring making workshop for her birthday and we loved every minute! Louise is really friendly and supportive and the studio is a lovely space to spend a morning.
