From the get go we had brilliant communication and had meetings in store to go through our ideas- Grace held these and she made us feel like we were the only wedding couple they had, she gave us great ideas and went through everything with us. Hannah delivered our flowers on the day and wow they were PERFECT! I went in to buy some tropical fish and was helped by a staff member who had a professional appearance but also showed subtle signs of support for inclusivity and diversity. It made the environment feel warm, welcoming, and very much at ease. Their knowledge about the fish I was interested in was excellent, and they shared some genuinely helpful advice that I appreciated. “Uber took over an hour to assign a delivery driver from this shop. I ordered some frozen food as well as some dry food. They popped the frozen food into the freezer to keep it cool. The Uber driver arrived at the store and only picked up the bag of dry food. Upon arrival I noticed the missing items and rang up the store. They apologised, explained what had happened and took action to get the items delivered. Honestly, it all happened so fast. Incredibly helpful, always kept me in the loop and very friendly. The food is good too!”

By chan e on a day off I visited City Jewellers and spoke to a lovely member of staff called Chris. She asked what I had in mind and I explained the specific style I was hoping to find. I was offered a seat and Chris went to find something that matched my requirements. I never expected to find 'the one' that day. But I did. It was the first ring I saw. I just knew it was perfect. I had it resized and was told a few weeks, but it was available early. I asked if they would hold onto it for me due to my plans to propose being further away, and they did. Amazing service. “My wife and I visited the store in Litchfield on Sunday 04-05-2025 and we were allowed to walk around and look at and try a number of pieces of furniture for the comfort experience. The lady who was there was very helpful and eventually we decided to buy the Modena N8625 two seater power leg sofa which we found was ideal for our requirements, even better there was a 20% discount on this particular item which made the afternoon even better.
