   I was charged £500 following an MOT and service this year and left feeling extremely unhappy with the experience. My car is relatively new, yet I was advised that multiple issues needed addressing, several of which did not feel necessary or clearly explained and significantly increased the cost. By comparison, my partner recently had an MOT on a much older car and paid £25, with some minor parts replaced at no additional charge. The stark contrast between the two experiences has left me feeling that the pricing and recommendations I was given were not fair or transparent. As a woman, this experience has also left me feeling uncomfortable that I may not have been treated the same as a male customer.

   An amazing experience with F1 Autocentres. I thought i had a slow puncture and originally came in for a repair, however the team (Jack) quickly realised it was a leaking valve. I had to order the correct part on warranty from my car dealer, and in the meantime jack made sure i was road safe and that no more air could leak out. Upon bringing the car in the following week for the actual repair, Jack and Chris quickly got the job done. Whole team are friendly and really kind, which is honestly not the vibe you get from most garages in my experience. 10/10 would recommend.    As usual hassle free booking and performance MOT failed but parts found and repaired to pass same day. All explanations clearly highlighted and reasonably priced, have used often and will continue to use in the future...Great customer service and value.

   What a complete con of a company. After having an emergency tyre repair by the AA I went into the F1 website. Clicking on the same day fitting link it quoted me £60.78 with the next available time slot of 1215. I phoned the and asked if there was anyway this could be done earlier as we were travelling to Shropshire. I was told that what you see online was not the price. He quoted me £95 for a tyre claiming if they held all the stock they would not be able to work? I did again remind the gent that it was the same day fitting price and the time slot and again was told that was not the price although it clearly said so online. (F1Autocentres.com 88H XL 185/60HR15). So I decided not to get scammed and went elsewhere. Very poor customer service and not truthful!

   The team at Lichfield are amazing, always willing to bend over backwards, even when they are busy! Have used them for many years. Very respectful to females, don't talk to you as if you're an idiot who knows nothing. Always fair and offer suggestions/alternatives. Have even recommended when not to spend money on a car anymore and suggested it might be better selling rather than make extra profit. They deserve all the praise and support!

   I'm a loyal customer of 6 years. Come back yearly for MOT and service and every time something isn't right with my car. Staff is always nice, I've never been let down, the labour quality is excellent. I've never had to go back to repair the repair.
