Absolutely amazing service. I have had my Hyundai i 800 to 4 garages over the last 6 months, including a dealer and paid them to replace parts that didnt need replacing, Briggs took 2 hours, had it fixed and they only charged me for their time, so good. I live over an hour away and I wont be going anywhere else!!! Excellent!
If you want mechanics that knows what they are doing i recommend Briggs highly. I had my car serviced, aircon regarded and MOT done there and they really did a great job. There prices were lower than everywhere else I asked. Thank you so much guys.
We have used Briggs for several years now, thanks to Nick's technical ability and willingness to help. The reception team are friendl, nothing is too much trouble and the business is an asset to Burntwood and the surrounding areas.
Went in as I had an issue with my under tray hanging down which was caused by a previous repair at another garage. Nick got me in early the next morning and had taken care of it by the afternoon. He was really friendly, welcoming, helpful and down to Earth. I will be going there from now on. Highly recommend the service I received.

Always had great service. The mechanics are knowledgeable, honest & friendly. Had a problem with one of our cars and Nick went above & beyond normal service to sort it for us. Wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else!
