I will not use Waitrose Online if they think it’s acceptable to deliver milk that is leaking, squashed packaging with damaged food inside, and vegetables that are out of date and mouldy. Spoke to a lovely lady via Waitrose customer service, but I’ll have to rethink whether I order online again. The pickers should be checking items correctly and following customers’ online notes. Not what you expect from Waitrose. If I want poor service, I’ll use Tesco up the road and save a fortune.

Toilets were in a bad state, disabled especially. Told the worker at the front who said he had an ear piece in. So asked me to talk louder which I did. But an hour later the toilets were in an even worse way! So obviously nothing had been done to clean them. With the ladies already down to 1 toilet. It should have been kept an eye on.

Lovely and clean well stocked store. A pleasure to walk around. The cafe was excellent and the staff pleasant and patient.

Lovely store. Toast and tiny coffee a pound dearer than costa but it was nice. The downside us the aircon in the cafe is that fierce (and I love the cold) by the time you've put butter on your toast its freezing cold. Tried to put sugar in my coffee twice but it blew away before it hit the cup. Shame really.

Visited Waitrose Lichfield today for the first time in many years and was left feeling very disappointed. Store used to be immaculate and my go to supermarket for the occasional luxury shop. Today I walked round had a look and left empty-handed. Many areas were poorly laid out, messy and confused. Tesco Extra is cleaner and much better organized - sad as Tesco's are a wretched business. I think one issue with Waitrose Lichfield is many moons ago 95% of their stock was food and drink; now they're trying to sell too many other items and that is not easy when the store size hasn't increased.

Excellent service from the staff, I left my bag in the ladies, thankfully a very nice lady found it and handed it in, some of the staff took time out to look for me as they thought I might still be in the store. Thank you so much. Also, I bought the curry and some extra and it was the best I have ever tasted, it was for two but there is so much in the box. Sorry to say I do not shop here too often as a little more expensive but so very worth it, I will be back to shop.

Mixed bag, but avoid 'fresh' food items. Not always that fresh. Most staff are helpful and some items you won't get elsewhere. However, the local over development has resulted in this small shop's custom increasing beyond its comfortable capacity resulting in an in-shop crowded feel and a very busy car park.

Very good customer service, shop was clean and people were friendly. I would also like to thank Hannah, as she was very helpful in helping myself and my wife to find different products around the shop.

Good car parking with plenty of big spaces. However, staff seem disinterested and the store is looking very tired and old. Needs serious TLC, paint flaking off on the exterior, shelves broken and tatty and the floor is all stained. Not good enough for a ‘premium’ supermarket!
