   Iceland lichfield is the worst place to order food. Every time the deliveroo order come from this store, that cans are bashed up and dented, food close to use by date. I've found can drinks to be flat but still in date. I ordered an 8 pack of tango and found some of the cans were flat and half empty. After examination of the cans I noticed that they were corroded and disgusting at the bottom. That isnt even the issue. Called and spoke to a supposed supervisor who had absolutely no customer service skills and absolutely didn't care about how clean and safe they keep their stock. Decided to call head office as this is a health and safety issue.. and they tried to blame deliveroo.. which is just idiotic. Businesses like this who show no care or regards for customers health need thorough investigation.. from the top to the bottom. People are fighting to take back their country.. but don't have the pride in themselves to do their jobs.. Iceland lichfield should be embarrassed. Go up the road to iceland warehouse and its a totally different experience. Good food.. clean etc..

   An 83 year old received Appalling service- they refused the bonus card apparently it’s not registered with Iceland only Food warehouse, she was denied the over 60s discount as her bonus card was not the right one

   Let me say it was well stocked, but the teller, did not make sure that I had three deals and only gave me the discount for one deal. Head office is dragging their heals as to rectifying the situation.

   It's a small supermarket with mostly frozen food. Sells milk and bread so its quite convenient.

   Usual great Iceland products in the centre of the city which is so convenient, however you need to time it well. There's usually only one till open so there can frequently be a queue the length of the shop, especially if someone has a trolley full of shopping for home delivery, there's been many a time that I've had to abandon my basket and walk out. It very very rare that someone will open the second till, and it's been years since I've seen the till at the back of the store open.

   Staff are quite rude and sometimes there's no staff around to serve. When they eventually arrive on a till, no apology, just seems like they don't want to be there. We all don't like going to work but if you are there, deliver the necessary service. A smile wouldn't kill ya.
