Liquor store in Lichfield

“Uber took over an hour to assign a delivery driver from this shop. I ordered some frozen food as well as some dry food. They popped the frozen food into the freezer to keep it cool. The Uber driver arrived at the store and only picked up the bag of dry food. Upon arrival I noticed the missing items and rang up the store. They apologised, explained what had happened and took action to get the items delivered. Honestly, it all happened so fast. Incredibly helpful, always kept me in the loop and very friendly. The food is good too!”
