“I had a very nice shopping experience on Gauntleys' website. I bought a box of Cohiba Behike 54, and one of the cigars was damaged. They swapped it for a fresh one very quickly.”
“I have just received a wine order I am delighted with which I needed for our monthly wine group. I was really impressed with the whole process especially with the member of staff, Emma, who could not do enough to help me. She was delightful and certainly went the extra mile. Emma was very professional and certainly possesses excellent product knowledge. she must be a very good asset to your Branch and the Company. Having used some of your competitors for purchases previously and experienced a distinct lack of interest in giving much assistance and help it has been refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Well done Laithwaites Nottingham and many thanks. Sarah Simpson.”
“My favourite wine merchant. I have been in the Wine Club for about 5 years. I get a wide range of interesting wines and it is easy the change my subscription regarding regularity and content. Aside from the club, the range of wines is outstanding and I usually add a few choice additions to my delivery. They have always been very flexible and accommodating.”
“All you could want from a local convenience store - good opening hours, friendly staff, always well stocked, they have some local produce, they can do returns there for Hermes and some other delivery companies as well. You can also drop off dry cleaning to be done, there is a post post right outside, and they have the most amazing pork pies from a farm and the frozen slush puppy type drinks!! The only little moan I have, but I do get why this is is you have to spend £5 minimum to use your debit card. Oh, they also have a cash point in store!!”

“B&M has never disappointed me in any way. I have purchased numerous homeware goods in this store and you can never differentiate these items with the branded ones. If you are looking at decorating your home without breaking the bank, source from B&M! From, FO”

“Hi. Can you do top up the Paysafe Card?? Thank you”
“I was gifted a wine tasting experience for two at Taste First. My husband and I attended and we have both come away saying how brilliant it was! James was particularly accommodating and even though we are wine novices he made us feel very welcome. James has a chat with you before hand, to get an understanding of the type of wines you like, he then adapts the tasting to suit! He makes a real effort not to just give you your ‘go to’ wine, but gives you options that are similar but something you wouldn’t usually try. The place has a lovely atmosphere and whether it was new or regular customers coming in, James was a great host to all! The deli board from Cleo’s was delicious too! Another nice touch is the candles that they sell (they smell so good!) using the empty wine bottles. Thank you for a lovely time, we will certainly be back”
