There is no problem with the items in the shop at all. I went to pay for my items there was not enough change as I was paying cash. The cashier was clueless and when the person asked their supervisor that person could care less and pretty much smirked I ended up leaving my items. Would not recommend using this particular B and M.
They have a wide range of stuff at very reasonabe prices, perfect if you're on a budget and/or setting up home for the first time. Can get some amazing bargains when products reach end if range. Definitely somewhere worth popping in and checking out.
Staff are generally unhelpful and don’t seem to know where anything is. Every time I’ve asked for assistance, I’ve had to figure things out myself. I’ve never had a particularly friendly or helpful experience here. I once tried to return an electrical item that developed a fault after two or three months. I completely understand that testing might be necessary, but the way the staff handled it felt dismissive and unprofessional. One of them implied I was making it up, saying hers worked fine – as if that meant mine couldn't be faulty. It made me feel quite uncomfortable. Only after testing it in front of the manager did they agree to the return. On another visit, I picked up a curtain set that had clearly already been opened, just to have a look. A staff member suddenly appeared and quite rudely told me I wasn’t supposed to open the packaging. When I explained it had already been opened, she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. I would’ve expected basic courtesy and clearer communication at the very least. Unfortunately, that seems consistently lacking here. I won’t be returning.
Offer a huge selection of everything, from stylish home decor to snacks and chocolates, toys for kids, cozy beddings, unique gift items, and even hardware supplies – all at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your shopping experience smooth. The only drawback is the checkout process. With long lines and just two registers operating, it can get a bit slow. More staff at the tills would be ideal. Overall, the wide variety and affordability make this store a must-visit for any shopper!
Too hot inside. Some of the employees are less than helpfull. Most-the older women-go out of their way to help. Couldn't speak highly enough of them. Over all, love the place. Prices middle of the road. Good selection of goods, when they have them in stock.
Some lovely staff here. Asked permission from a member staff if I could take my dog into store on my lap(wheelchair user) lovely member of staff said I could i started shopping. Looked at the side of me and another member of staff was stood there staring at me told me in a very rude manner they were not dog friendly I explained someone had said I could bring him in due to my anxiety she said they shouldn't have said yes not once did she question if he was an assistance dog. I decided to pay for my stuff and leave feeling very upset with the attitude
Really nice prices, you can get all you need for home and living. It's a bit disorganised and very overcrowded at times but it's still my go- to store when I need a new pillow or a bathroom accessory
Great store! They almost have everything from basic everyday need things and groceries to all kinds of food and beverages to gift items to decor and beddings and cutlery and much more! it's the stop to shop if you were looking for something that other stores near you might not have!
Lovely place can get practically everything for your home. Make sure you have a big enough bag lol
