We are regulars for this shop and honestly iv quite frankly had enough of the new staff they have employed. Loved the original 2 (the women and male) but now I hate going in. They are rude and over charge it every single time we go on. Today I got asked if I had a problem with my face. This is the last straw and I was not be coming back
I am very disappointed. They are charging extra money. I had to pay £9,52 and she still charged me £0,50 for the card. Doesn’t make sense. He careful when they are calculating the items ! It’s always wrong. I will never go back there. It’s definitely not the first time too.
Brilliant place. I should use it more often. It's also close to Mr. Chips.
Went in to find them trying to charge me 50p for a card transaction, so I said that is illegal to his reply go to the pound charge cash machine outside. Just disgraceful attitude to the situation. Depending on who's working will depend on price they charge. Went back with a out of date product and didn't even get a apology just shrugged her shoulders, wouldn't recommend
