   This is my default coffee stop in Lichfield. It does get busy late mornings and sometimes there is a queue but at other times it’s a comfortable place to relax over a coffee, especially if you can get a seat near the windows Service can sometimes be a little slow but the coffee and most of the cakes are good

   First time visiting but wont be the last... Warm, cozy and inviting. Lovely hot chocolate and cinnamon bun. Service was good too. Lovely place for a drink cake and chat.

   Too many dogs allowed in today. Not in the designated ‘dog area’, so sitting anywhere Barking & not being controlled. Couldn’t hold a decent conversation due to ‘the noise!’. Coffee was ordinary tbf. Probably won’t visit again. Thankfully there are far more better coffee shops in town.

   Love this coffee house, so much better than others. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they even managed to do a coffee for my wife that was not on the menu but they had the syrup from a previous promotion (pastaschio). The coffee is amazing, full of flavour and the decor and atmosphere is very comfortable, warm and welcoming. Cannot comment on food, have not eaten here as of yet.

   The atmosphere at Coffee #1 is welcoming and cozy. The interior design is modern and stylish, with comfortable seating and ample natural lighting. It's a great place to relax, do some personal admin, read a book, or catch up with friends. It's also family friendly. Service: The service is friendly and efficient. The staff greets you warmly and takes your order promptly. The service is also quick, and you don't have to wait long for your food or drink to arrive. The only thing is, there always seems to be dirty dishes on tables, it seems there's never enough staff to clear the tables so it often piles up on the windowsills. Saying that, once they have a moment to breathe, they try to collect as many dishes as possible. Food and Drink: The coffee is high quality, and they offer a variety of blends to choose from. The pastries and cakes are also delicious, with a good selection of vegan and gluten-free options. The sandwiches are tasty and filling, although the options are somewhat limited. Price: Average Coffee pricing but not as ridiculous as Starbucks. Overall, the atmosphere is welcoming, the service is friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks are delicious. While the options are somewhat limited, the prices are reasonable and the quality is high. I enjoy going there and will continue to do so.

   It was OK, staff friendly but lacking attention to detail. We got served the wrong panini. We weren't offered sugar with our drinks. No serviettes. Although these are available, unless you ask, you don't get them. I think it should be standard to ask everyone if they're having a hot drink, if they would like sugar.

   Always a friendly service in this coffee shop. The barista offered to top up my coffee with more hot water without me even asking. And even though they were incredibly busy, he said they would bring the porridge over to us when it was ready. The brownie was also to notch so this chain remains my favourite.

   The staff were very pleasant, fussed our dog with treats and made us feel welcome. The coffee was one of the nicer ones in Lichfield and the atmosphere was more bespoke than the chain versions dotted around the town. Worth a visit.

   The quality coffee lounge emblazoned with Lichfield cultural cues fits perfectly at the end of the shopping centre. The staff are humble and chatty, the interior bright and comfy. A great place to relax.
