   Me and my wife visit every Saturday morning, and it’s always a brilliant experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the quality of the coffee is excellent, and it has a real coffee shop vibe. Nice background music, a relaxed atmosphere, and a lovely place whether you want to work, chill, or just enjoy a proper coffee. Highly recommended!

   Wilfred enjoyed his croissant with his morning coffee and babiccino. The cappuccino didn't have a big enough layer of froth so it was more like a latte which was slightly disappointing and quite common amongst these coffee chains. Coffee as always is good quality

   We love coming to our local Nero every weekend. Its just so nice to sit in. It has a sort of rustic yet modern look with the woodern decor. Just like putting my worldly issues to one side for an hour and a half and just relax Staff and service is always great and friendly The coffee here is good. Love the vegan croissants

   Coffee is always lovely however the staff are probably the rudest staff I’ve come across! Such a shame as it lets Cafe Nero down as most people in the area think the same and choose to go to Costa instead. Customer service is non existent and when staff speak to you it’s with terrible attitude.

   Love Nero coffee but experience today was spoilt by a very dirty interior. The floor is ingrained with dirt and from my seat I can see under the fridge which obviously hasn't been cleaned for a very long time. I know it's a busy place but no excuse. Please do better. So it's 3 weeks later and no improvement. Under fridge is still filthy as is the floor. Obviously don't read reviews.
