   This was our first visit to Vivid Ink. I took my 12 yr to get her second ear piercing done and we both couldn't have been happier with this place. The staff were brilliant, helpful, kind and caring and the piercing was done so professionally and with such care. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for making a young nervous girl feel comfortable.

   Outstanding, Mellissa was professional but friendly, put me at ease straight away and helped me decide a final design with no pressure but enough guidance to get sorted! She listened to my requests, updated the design to reflect what I wanted and tried various options all in a short appointment! She talked through each stage with confidence and made my appointment simple and easy and I came away with exactly what I wanted. Really happy and will definitely return. Thanks Mellissa x
