   Would give a 0 rating if I could. I tried to return my Royal Mail parcel to the shop as they are listed on Royal Mail website as a shop that does print in store Royal Mail labels. I got there and they said that they don’t print in store (so why did it give me the option to print in store on Royal Mail website). I then went back home to print my label off and brought it back, they then scanned my label and said that they could now send my item but couldn’t provide a receipt or any sort of tracking! This is absolutely absurd! Sending an item via Royal Mail courier and not getting a receipt or tracking for it. Then on a separate occasion I got my Zara order delivered to the shop as it was an option at checkout at Zara to have it delivered there, being convenient as it’s down the road for me. When I tracked my order I had found out that the order had been refused by the shop and rejected and sent back to Zara! This made my order delayed by over a week. If you are using this shop for Royal Mail services I would heavily discourage this as I have had nothing but problems every time whether it’s with sending an order or receiving an order! Disgusting customer service.

   Excellent range of drinks. From Japanese pop to Snoop Dogg wine. You can also.buy large bottles you'd normally see in the club! Really friendly staff. Wide range of lager and very well priced .
