My elderly mother hasn’t had the best service, even replaced the chair and still got it wrong, it’s not a cheap purchase so she’s really upset and now they want more money to fix the issue! Solicitors here we come!!!

My wife and I visited the store in Litchfield on Sunday 04-05-2025 and we were allowed to walk around and look at and try a number of pieces of furniture for the comfort experience. The lady who was there was very helpful and eventually we decided to buy the Modena N8625 two seater power leg sofa which we found was ideal for our requirements, even better there was a 20% discount on this particular item which made the afternoon even better. I have no hesitation in recommending HSL based on our experience with your helpful staff and the quality of the products you have to offer. Thank you
Excellent service and advice from Nikita on our first visit. Follow up visit was just as good an experience. Now awaiting delivery of new chairs. This is the place to go if you want sound advice about furniture that is built to suit the individual rather than mass produced.

This shop and in particular the staff cannot do enough to help you. You never feel pushed into buying. However I noticed after a week or two the fabric was looking decidedly dinghy. I rang head office who sent a technician to look at it, he suggested I use a vacuum cleaner to bring the pile right again, I tried this of course it didn't do a thing. I saved long and hard to buy my recliner chair, because I have a spinal condition and am in a lot of pain and discomfort. I didn't think the company could be so rude and indifferent. After sales service."WHAT AFTER SALES SERVICE"? I am a very disappointed customer. Buyer beware.
