   The shop itself is fine and normally the staff are very helpful, however I arrived just as they were closing as I’d only just had the notification to say my products were ready, after waiting half an hour for the message. The young girl saw me pull up, hesitated and then started closing the shutter, so I asked the older man who was walking in and out of the trade entrance if he could help me. He told me the computers were off (which they likely would have been) so there was nothing he could do, I asked as the order had just been picked out, I’ve got proof and I really could do with grabbing them…..he said no and carried on packing his stuff away. I’m used to Screwfix being open till 8 and I didn’t realise Saturdays are 6pm, to which I arrived bang on, but I find it selfish and ridiculous to think those two staff members couldn’t be arsed to help me, I routinely have been late to leave work when a customer has asked for help; I could’ve used the excuse of being packed up but when I see I can spare 5 minutes to make someone’s day, I do. This isn’t a mark on Screwfix as a company, as it’s a good place to shop with, I’m just disappointed in those two unhelpful staff who are only interested in getting home. 07/12/24

   Popped in today for a last minute purchase, extremely accommodating and helpful, served by a lovely lady (younger guy around who was equally helpful) been a couple of times before for smaller items, but always felt valued as a customer. Thank you!

   I have to buy everything I need from Screwfix - except they do not sell everything. I wanted small bayonet candle bulbs, they don't have any nor do many other outlets. The assistant told me lots of customers ask for them - so Screwfix take notice!!!! I love the on line order and collect it's so easy. Wish I could give 5 stars.

   Best to avoid the oak wood croydex soft close toilet seat as the bump stops are to big and the fittings cannot be adjusted or levelled.

   Have been in store quite a few times picking up orders. Have to say every time has been a fantastic experience, the staff are plentiful and extremely quick at serving people. I've also been impressed with the whole "covid" setup where I've always felt safe. Congrats to all involved.

   I thought click and collect would be a fast and time saving option but had to wait in que for the till and once served I had to wait yet another 25 mins for my item to be bought out. One member of staff on desk and the rest hiding in the back. Wouldn't mind but it was not even busy. Also click and collect machine is always broken. Rugeley is a much better store.
