   The service was efficient and professional from start to finish. All the items I required were available (1 stop shop for convenience). Prices were competitive.    Halfords is a fantastic company with a fabulous range, usually with great staff. I'm glad I'm a regular and not a first-time shopper; otherwise, the gentleman who served me would have put me off in the future. First experience of rudeness and can't be bothered attitude, and I wouldn't let it ruin my overall experience, hence the 5 ☆ review. Hopefully, the gentleman will see this and won't want to let his colleagues down in the future. And hopefully a 1 off and not feeling to good. 1 down, 1 to go, all ready for Santa

   Ordered some bulbs for my car for pick-up with no fitting appt. Having arrived earlier than expected, I asked if the bulbs could be fitted. Technician Craig happily offered his service and replaced my bulbs. He was kind, helpful and quick. He even went the extra mile by cleaning some of the leaves and debris out from under my bonnet. 10/10, thank you!

   When I went to Halfords I was worried about my vehicle, as I had an issue with my lights. The staff were very helpful where they immediately eased my concerns and found a way to prevent the problem from reoccurring. The staff member who was going conducting my vehicle checks (Craig) was very good with explaining the process of the checks and provided me with some good feedback with the vehicle and provided me with information on how I can improve certain parts. I’m grateful to the team and I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Halfords.

   Went to have bulbs fitted as it was awkward to access in the engine apartment. I was seen to immediately even though it was busy & at lunchtime. Excellent service from friendly staff at Lichfield store.

   Gentlemen in store was very helpful and fitted both headlight bulbs for me. Took less than ten minutes well worth paying to fit them as they are fiddly to fit in some cars. Very friendly chap will use the store again in Lichfield

   Really impressed with Halfords Lichfield. I had a car battery that died earlier in the week, so needed a replacement. I was able to find the one I needed straight away in store and they even fitted it for me there and then (even though the website said no slots!). It was good value for money and the fitting was quick and efficient. Thanks very much!
