I popped into this shop yesterday whilst in Birmingham as the clasp on my gold bracelet had bent out of shape. The gentleman was very helpful and used a tool to bend the metal back into its correct position, this only took him a a few minutes and he kindly didn’t charge me for it. Seems a lovely genuine man who knows his stuff!! The jewellery on display was also beautiful. Huge thanks :)
I’ve had a ring for 23 years which my late mother who passed away 2 years ago bought me as a 16th birthday present & just a few weeks back I had an accident with my finger & my finger swollen up slightly & my ring didn’t fit or it did fit but couldn’t get it off so I took it here from Dudley & got it back a week after & it’s absolutely perfect. I can’t stop bursting into tears I’m so happy to have it back where it belongs. Thank you so much Michael.

My partner and I were looking to get some rings that we had been gifted resized. The shop owner was very friendly and easily resized the stainless steel rings. Fantastic service, absolutely would recommend!
A great small jeweller who deserves everybody's custom. I only had a repair done to some jewellery, but the stock he has looks gorgeous. Certainly a jeweller to use rather than 'certain' chains.
