Recently brought a engagement ring from this store, me and my partner popped in to have a look at styles and get her size. Straight away Caroline was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgable making the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality item of jewellery.
We visited Ernest Jones in the Bullring on 4/10/25. Nicky gave my partner and I the best experience we could have hoped for. She managed to turn a stressful situation into a really positive one. I was so disappointed with the customer service. My partner and I came in to ask for my engagement ring to be resized or exchanged and the staff were rude and patronising, to the point my partner felt awful for buying a ring that was too big. Luckily the issue did get resolved in the end thanks to the help of the manager, but the experience definitely took the shine off our engagement bubble. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this store.
To anybody who's wanting to buy a prestige watch buy anything other than a TAG Heuer. My grandfather brought be my tag for my 21st birthday before 3 months later passing away. This year I had it serviced with what I thought was a tag heurer dealership, having an 8 week wait for it to return weeks later the logo and numbers fell off the face little did I know Ernest Jones send it to some back street dealer for services and now want 300pound prior to my service costs to put right. There was nothing wrong with this watch and didn't have any accidental damage.Tag Heuer sponcer extreme spots, wonder if Max Verstappen has the numbers fall off while driving, as my job às dental nurse is nothing extreme. The watch is called an aqua racer not a good idea if you going fast underwater of what it applys.
