Nabiha was very welcoming when i came in, she was friendly and helped pick my ring and explained each step well making my wedding ring order much easier. Came to pick it up today and completed my experience with a great service
I had an amazing experience getting my second and third piercings done by Claire. She was incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process, taking everything step by step and checking in with me each time to make sure I was comfortable. She even let me change my earring before doing my third piercing, which I really appreciated. Claire was so friendly, kind, and patient — she even gave both me and my friend a hug, which made the experience feel so personal and comforting. I would highly recommend her to absolutely anyone looking to get a piercing. The only downside to my visit was an interaction with another staff member — a lady with her hair in a plait — who spoke to us in a very dismissive and rude manner. Her attitude made me feel a bit out of place, which was disappointing given how great the rest of the experience was. Overall, Claire truly made the visit wonderful, and I’m so grateful for her care and kindness.

I had the most amazing service on Saturday 20th September at the Bullring store from Samuel whilst picking out a new watch. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the Hamilton brand, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was making the correct decision. A real credit to the store.
I bought a couple of Rotary watches from this store for myself (Henley GMT stainless steel in Blue/Black and Red/Blue) and one for my wife (Crystal Rose Gold bracelet) over the last few months. I needed some links taken out for all the watches and a young gentleman by the name of Matt I believe, has provided me with a bespoke and exceptionally fantastic service on the two occasions that I have visited (3rd and 10th February 2023 at the Birmingham bullring store). I believe that this young man is a huge asset to your company and I wanted to thank him personally for the attentive, excellent service that he has provided. My wife and I are very happy customers. I went to H Samuals in York and also in Birmingham on the same day and was amazed how both shops treated me the same, I was interested in buying an eco drive citizen watch sale price was £160, I stood in both shops looking at the watches in the cabinet for 10 minutes, and not one assistant came over to help me, they where to busy looking at their mobile phones. I walked out of both shops disappointed and empty handed with no watch.
I bought a ring for my fiance. The staff was very welcoming. They showed us lot of options. They do accept NHS/student discounts.
My husband bought me earrings and asked the assistant if they could be returned. She said yes as long as they hadn’t been worn. I would have double checked that, as I didn’t think you could return earrings, but he didn’t check. Well we tried to return them and couldn’t. Fair enough there is a policy, but what is absolute poor service - is a member of staff saying they could be returned, which was incorrect information! Won’t shop there again out of principle.
It was a nice and quiet store, albeit a bit hard to locate. The sales staff that attended to us was very nice and showed us a wide range to pick from. The jewelries there!!!!! Omg, they just want to make you keep swiping your card. Their collection is super nice and quite affordable too and a plus, they have insurance too! Great place, will most likely shop for my jewellery in their stores from now on
