I have had a number of pieces of jewellery made by G L Bicknell and each time my experience has been amazing. Katy has been particularly excellent, patient, helpful, communicative and very responsive. The pieces have turned out exactly as I had wanted them, and are stunning. They have sourced excellent quality diamonds at a very reasonable price. Overall a wonderful experience on each occasion and I would highly recommend G L Bicknells either if you and wanting something specific made to order or to purchase something that they have on display (they have many stunning pieces of jewellery on display). Ridiculously patronising place. I came with my fiance to pick a natural diamond engagement ring. We already had an idea of what we would like. Rather than help us pick a ring, we received a patronising lecture, like he was trying to belittle us. Save yourself the time and the agro, you don’t need to deal with time wasters like these. There are plenty of jewellers in the jewellery quarter that will treat you with respect instead of these clowns.
We’d heard such good reviews on GI Bicknell Jewellers and we certainly was not disappointed. From the moment we entered, James put us both at ease with his expertise. We opted for wedding rings with a cut brushed finish. James advised us to try the rings on first before the pattern was added to ensure the sizes were correct. Amazing experience with G L Bicknell & Sons. Nathaniel served us and was absolutely fantastic, guided us through the entire process and had a huge amount of expertise!
