   Really high quality and easy buying experience for a guy who knows nothing about rings! Bhav was really knowledgeable and professional, explaining all my options to me, and showing me different stones in different settings so they could build the ring I wanted. Ended up with an amazing ring, built by the team there and I could collect when suited me. (Bhav also guessed the ring size spot on - Thank you!)

   Great experience from start to finish. Nicole talked me through all the options out there and the different styles of ring. I settled for a very tricky bespoke design (designed by the Mitchel & Co team) - After CADs and Wax works, the ring was ready to be made and was made in a matter of week! Can’t recommend them enough! Stunning ring, excellent service, reasonable prices! Thank you so much to Nicole and the wider Mitchel & Co team! We will definitely be coming back for the wedding ring!

   If you’re shopping for rings in the jewellery quarter don’t waste your time anywhere else! Got my first ring from them a couple of years ago. A gold signet ring with a custom engraving that held deep sentimental value. It had to be resized twice and they done it for me no questions asked. This year i returned to purchase an engagement ring and again had beyond excellent customer service. Helen listened to my ideas and offered expert advice to help bring it to life. & Big thanks to Bhav who kept in touch on whatsapp throughout the process and made the collection a great experience.

   I wanted to express my appreciation and sincere thanks for the respectful and helpful approach I experienced at Mitchel & Co, particularly with Bhav, sharing his expertise about the grading of diamonds. He assisted me in designing a bespoke ring using some diamonds from an inherited ring, which held sentimental value. Bhav was confident in meeting my tight deadline, allowing me to propose on holiday, there was no pressure into a purchase, which gave me confidence. The final ring exceeded my expectations.    My fiancé and I have had a wonderful experience working with Mitchel and Co! My fiancé designed my engagement ring here with Micheala and then we designed our wedding rings here. Proposing a custom design is no issue at all and Micheala worked with us thoroughly to make sure we were totally happy. You stay in contact with your expert and everything runs smoothly. If you need to change the slightest thing you can and Micheala kept updating us to make sure we were 100% happy. Out of everywhere in the jewellery quarter Mitchel and Co has that edge of luxury. All staff are experts but o think we really lucked out with Micheala who really worked her magic and gave us the best advice. We were given so many options and weren’t pressured or rushed to make decisions. Brilliant customer service and beautiful quality products!! Thank you so much for all your help, the process has been brilliant as we get ready for our wedding!

   My experience with Mitch and go was first class. We had visited several shops prior to Mitch and co and the service, knowledge and quality was a class above here. Mitch (the owner) explained in detail about the type of engagement we could have, what we should be looking for in a diamond, and was truly passionate about his craft. It was clear he didn't need our business and just wanted to sell great quality diamond at a reasonable price and that was really refreshing. Every part of the process was seamless - we weren't pressured to buy and we came back and I happily paid the reasonable deposit. The ring was then made to order based exactly on what my fiance wanted that she had described to them. The result was first class and built within a month or so. The service and general friendliness in the shop is great and I genuinely cannot think of any constructive criticism.

   My brother put me in contact with Niko at Mitchel & Co after he had such a great previous experience... Niko responded straight away and he couldn’t have done more to help me in choosing the engagement ring for my girlfriend. Niko was amazing explaining the diamond in great detail, and allowing me to create a ring exactly how I wanted it. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and I will definitely be back in for our wedding bands.

   Having been all the way around Hatton Gardens and the Jewellery Quarter we finally happened upon Mitchel & Co. We were helped by Niko, who's positivity and energy won us over even more than the beautiful stones. We paid him a few visits before finalising our choice of rings, which he was able to turn around in just 2 weeks. A fantastic experience from a shop that will receive many more visits from us in future as well as our friends. Thank you all very much

   Now known as our family jeweller, Mitchel & Co are absolutely amazing!! After some unfavourable experiences in other Jewellery Quarter shops, we felt at ease as soon as we stepped into Mitchel & Co. Mitch was really helpful and although they didn’t have what I thought I wanted, he carefully went through the other options with us and was more than happy for us to leave and look elsewhere - so refreshing after being bartered all day by pushy salespeople in other shops! It was in Mitchel & Co that I tried on a ring that I had never even considered and to my complete surprise, it was love at first sight. I went away to think and came back very shortly after, knowing that this was the one! All of their staff were absolutely lovely and it was great to see so many other happy couples in there, who were also being well taken care of and really enjoying their experience. Don’t go anywhere else as it just won’t be the same!! Thank you so so much to Mitch, Helen and Niko for making a special time in our lives even more magical!

   My fiance and I ordered our wedding rings at Mitchel & Co at the end of June for our elopement wedding last week (7th September), both Deb and Mitch were absolutely brilliant. We had to pop back today to get a ring enlarged by half a size which was no trouble for them and we would recommend this lovely jewellery shop to anyone. Thank you so much to you all.
