From the first email to choosing the stones and the collection we had a fantastic experience. We wanted an eternity ring that had graduating stones to resemble a breaking wave. The final ring is so beautiful and I love it so much. I would definitely recommend this jewellers for bespoke rings .
I had a few old pieces of sentimental jewellery that I wanted to turn into one new ring. After visiting several jewellers who all suggested similar “bubble ring” ideas, Element Bespoke Jewellery stood out immediately. They listened and worked with me to come up with a completely unique asymmetric design. They produced a CAD design and a resin model to make sure I was happy with every detail. The finished ring is absolutely beautiful - modern, meaningful - I couldn’t be happier with it! Thank you!!
All of the team members are lovely to deal with. They are happy to ensure you are fully satisfied with the design of your piece before committing to the casting process. I’ve had 3 rings, including my engagement ring, and 2 necklaces made by Element Bespoke so far, all to brilliant standard of finish, with attention to detail. My husband and I organised our engagement and wedding rings over the phone and email and we’re absolutely delighted with the end results. Everyone we spoke to at Element was so lovely, kind and patient and really worked hard to make sure our rings were everything we’d hoped for. I had such a positive experience at Element, both in-person with Rachel and over email with Rachel and Ellie - they were both so patient with my countless questions and indecisiveness! I really loved the ability to customise every element of the ring and at the same time catering to our budget. My finished ring is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to wear it for many years to come! As an aside, I also love how you can see the workshop from the store - well worth a visit!
My experience with this group of dedicated and skilled individuals was absolutely wonderful. From my terrible hand-drawn bespoke design draft to the finished product, the team at Element were phenomenal in their flexibility and support - and enthusiasm! I genuinely got the impression that the whole team love what they do, and their customer service is nothing short of excellent. I had an engagement ring made bespoke, with mixed metals, and the whole process was easy and fun as well as inexpensive considering the task and materials used. Element designed my fabulous engagement ring, sourcing a selection of beautiful sapphires for us to chose from, then finding another one that combined characteristics of the initial selection to get the perfect stone. Their customer service and after care has been fantastic - even though the final stages were made during lockdown. I get compliments all the time. We’d not planned to get a bespoke ring, and stumbled into Element after seeing some beautiful rings in the window, but this was one of those perfect happy accidents. Thank you so much.
I’ve used Element many times - for resizing an engagement ring, making our wedding bands, removing scratches from a watch strap, bespoke earrings, napkin ring engraving…the list goes on. Always delighted with the final result, delivered in a timely manner at a good price with excellent customer service. My wife and I cannot thank the team at Element enough for their kind help over the last three years. Firstly, the jewellery itself. Greg and Joe have been hugely helpful with a number of engagement ring re-sizings before making our wedding rings. They have always been so accommodating with various design requests and the end results have been spectacular. Secondly, their service and willingness to help has been absolutely unrivalled with exceptionally quick service (same day) for simple re-sizing and ring cleaning/finishing. When our wedding was delayed due to the pandemic I asked if the team would be able to make another ring for my partner for a surprise before our rescheduled big day. Rachel and Joe were fabulously helpful keeping things quiet when I dropped off our old rings for a “simple polish”. Despite a very busy period for them they were able to design and create a beautiful new ring for my wife with a very rapid turn around. Rachel in particular provided excellent communication letting me know how things were going and being very helpful to fit things in around my work. It was a lovely experience and a great surprise for my wife during the stressful run up to our wedding. The rings themselves all now stack together perfectly highlighting the team’s willingness to help create bespoke designs, their attention to detail, skill and passion for their work. I am genuinely so grateful for all your help doing this for me, we are so happy with everything and couldn’t recommend Element more highly. Thank you again.
We can’t thank Joe enough for his beautiful work on our wedding rings. We went to many different shops in the jewellery quarter when we went looking but immediately knew when we got to Element that we needed them to make our rings. We designed them with Joe and mine was made to fit seamlessly around my engagement ring. The entire process was made very easy and straight forward by their professionalism. They are a pleasure to deal with and I’d highly recommend!
