I have been using Jewelcast for YEARS and they are my favourite casters to use, both in employed positions in the industry and for the last five years in my own business. They have the most helpful team, work is always completed quickly and communication is faultless. Fantastic casters with speedy castings and amazing customer service. All of the team are so helpful and the quality of the pieces is very good. We cast all metals with them regularly and rarely have any issues but when we do they are dealt with quickly. Would definitely recommend.

After researching and reading reviews, we thought we would try Jewelcast to print and cast our first designed ring piece. We were hesitant to give STL file without a guarantee of work, so we sent images and details of the specification for quote. Jewelcast asked for the STL file, which we ended up sending. Since agreeing to their quote and providing name and address as requested, we have heard nothing more since we agreed to go ahead. This was in July. Disappointed that we sent a file of a design we produced (as well personal information), which we didn't want to do without the guarantee of work.

Far superior quality casting than what I had in Austria and Israel. The service is amazing. I am so grateful for the personalised service I have always gotten from everyone at Jewelcast. Sometimes my designs were quite challenging to cast, but they called me in the Czech Republic and told me "no problem, don"t worry, we will get it". And they always have! They are truly wonderful partners to have.
