“This wasn’t my first tattoo, but it was my first time being tattooed by a woman, and it was an amazing experience! Dark Rose Tattoo is a studio I can wholeheartedly recommend. I was a bit worried about the pain, but any nerves I had quickly disappeared – the atmosphere was welcoming, and the artist was both professional and meticulous. She explained the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The tattoo turned out beautifully, exactly as I’d imagined! I’ll definitely be back for another one. Highly recommended!”

“This hotel is simply brilliant. I have now stayed here FOUR times in my life. My only complaint is that it is in Birmingham. However, this is outweighed by the many fantastic fortunes associated with staying here. The service is extremely exciting, with reception members often unexpectedly dropping into my room at late hours of the night when all lights are turned off - a fun and lighthearted surprise! I heard them reorganising my possessions and felt one worker checking my pulse while I slept, which was very reassuring to know my safety is a priority. Another safety measure met here is ensuring all visitors are vaccinated - at approximately 10pm I received a surprise vaccination at the bar, however I do not know what illness it was protecting me from as I quickly fell asleep; however, staff still kindly escorted me to my room and helped me undress for bed. Overall a brilliant experience - I am highly satisfied with the care and support offered by staff. At this hotel, I feel truly loved.”
