The whole experience was incredibly professional and welcoming. The studio is spotless, modern, and has such a relaxed atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. “This wasn’t my first tattoo, but it was my first time being tattooed by a woman, and it was an amazing experience! Dark Rose Tattoo is a studio I can wholeheartedly recommend. I was a bit worried about the pain, but any nerves I had quickly disappeared – the atmosphere was welcoming, and the artist was both professional and meticulous. “I had my first tattoo done by Ivy and I had the most positive and amazing experience with her. I cannot recommend KTREW Tattoo studio enough! Ivy was so patient and willing to adjust and move the stencil and made my first tattoo such a special and incredible experience. She did an amazing job designing the tattoo it was perfect and I love it! Ivy took the time to sit and go through all the aftercare with me after the appointment and just made the whole tattooing experience really comfortable and relaxed where we were able to have a good chat and she made sure that I was okay throughout the whole appointment. “Had camaflage tattooing done with Ophelia and I'm very happy with the results. She took the time to sit down and go through with what my concerns were and what I wanted to achieve as a end result. She went through everything on what to expect during the treatment and what results she would be able to achieve without it looking unnatural. I am still undergoing the treatment as it has to be done in stages but I would highly recommend her! Very pleasant and cares about what she is doing to help you achieve the final outcome. Her workspace is clean tidy and has up to date equipment and uses the best products on the market for semi-perment make up. She is so considerate and will try to accommodate you with appointments as best as she can. Thank-you Ophelia for helping me regain my confidence x”

“I came here to get my first tattoo and the experience was lovely! I was tattooed by a lovely woman called Ola, she spoke me through it and communicated very well with me! Throughout the whole time I was there we spoke about many different topics to help me get my mind off the tattoo and on top of that I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The studio was decorated very well, it was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the music was relaxing also very catchy! “[The picture was taken the day after getting the tattoo.] I was tattooed by Zoe, we had such a great time chatting while she tattooed me. When we were starting with just the stencil, she moved it as many times as I asked, until I was completely happy with it and checked multiple times before permanently inking me. I was able to ask for shading on the tattoo where I wanted it and she was more than happy to do that. When I was conflicted about if I wanted any more on the front legs she reminded me that I am given a free touch up a month later so if I don't love it I can make some minor changes then. My tattoo is healing incredibly well, there has been no redness and no soreness, it already 2 weeks later feels like it has been here forever. The tattoo studio is incredibly well kept, very clean with visible hand washing stations and hand sanitizer everywhere, clingfilm is used to keep everything highly sterile. The needles are unpacked in front of you meaning you have full confidence that they are sterile and the area on your skin is fully sanitised before tattooing. I highly recommend this tattoo studio and if I ever have the courage/want for more dinosaurs I will 100% be going back to Iron Tiger Studios and Zoe.”

“Had my first tattoo this week and Lee & Black Circle absolutely smashed it out the park just like Yankees legend Lou Gehrig who now sits proudly on my arm. Lee took my ideas and ran with them and came up with a design better than I ever thought possible. After 8.5hrs in the chair, he had completed his work with an extraordinary level of detail. Being my first, I didn’t know what to expect. But I was met with a friendly & enthusiastic team who had a great rapport with the customers who came in for the various services throughout the day. It’s a laid back, smart and professional establishment, with a cosy waiting room complete with fire and traditional ornaments. I have already had lots of positive feedback from friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for tattoos of all designs. They also have a young tattooist starting out among the more experienced guys. All their work is on Instagram and other socials. Check them out and give them a call, you won’t regret it”

“Wonderful experience as soon as you walk in the door. Got there a little early and Claire greeted me and offered refreshments, as she continued to do throughout the day. The rest of the guys and girls working there are warm, friendly and very welcoming and easy to talk to. Studio is a lovely, clean open plan space that makes the most of the old building and good for socialising. Onto the work: Marcus is a master of his craft. I can honestly offer no higher praise, he helped me from initial design inception and along with Nick helped me pick the best location and positioning for my tattoo on the day. I'll always listen to the artist and I'm so glad I did because it means it was spread across a larger surface area of my arm and will be good to show off once it heals. The colour is beautiful and packed in really well, and I felt comfortable all day. If you want an anime tattoo, or any that explode with colour, Marcus is definitely worth hitting up. He also provided me some great advice and all the tools I need for the aftercare. Thank you to all for making me feel welcome and keeping me occupied during a long day; it's has been 10 years since my last tattoo and just felt natural even though it's the longest single session I've ever had so far. I really can't wait to go back!”
