Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. Beautiful lobby (stunning xmas tree), reception area was a wow and the receptionist was very professional and polite and informative and upgraded us too (Mikey-Jo). Reception and bar area smelt lovely and felt plush and was inclusive, whether you were dressed up or in jogging trousers and hoodies. Lighting was just right. A perfect place to drink and eat. We didn't eat there but we drank and the bar staff were very professional. They had a spa (didn't use it though). Plenty of lifts and the corridors had carpet and you couldn't hear anything / anyone. Room was decent size. Bed was lush. Bathroom had double shower. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Had tea and coffee facilities too. Across the road is the Peg and Grill Indian bar and restaurant which was awesome food and atmosphere and host. All in all a fab hotel with great staff and great location. Oh, and very secure car park next door however is £26 for 24 hours so it does add on a bit to the stay.

Beautiful hotel, lobby and staff professional and classy feel. We visited for a works christmas party held on the 15th floor. The ticket price was £70. Unfortunately, i do not feel it was worth the higher cost option. The room was basic, one small tree in the corner, with a dj and 7 or 8 white tables. The bar is outside near the lift and was essentially a desk with bottles on the table. Drink prices were around £13 for a single spirit and coke. The food came out around 8.30- 9.30pm and the dj finally started up and lights down around 10.30 for christmas work parties this was too late to start to get the party going, most need to leave to catch the trains. There was no drinks included with the meal and due to prices I think most people purchased less. Most of our party left by 11pm. The food was ok, presented well but nothing too exciting. Overall, aesthetically the hotel is lovely, but for the price, it was not worth it and service needs to be much closer to the arrival time requested of 7pm

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The location was excellent, close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for rest. Breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options, and the dining area was always neat. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and genuine care. Overall, a truly memorable and pleasant experience.

Fabulous hotel! The interior is beautifully designed and very welcoming. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. During our visit, the fire alarm went off, but the team handled it brilliantly – they reassured everyone, guided us calmly, and made sure we were safe. A lovely lady named Kinal kindly explained what had happened and even shared some great recommendations for places to visit nearby. This hotel truly goes above and beyond for its guests. I would 100% recommend it and would definitely stay again

Lovely hotel, transformation of the old shopping centre into a fabulous hotel is inspired with great design nods to the owners UAE links. Brings a touch of luxury to the city centre. Dinner in the Indian influenced restaurant was exceptional. One of the best I've experienced. Lovely team, fantastic hotel.

Lovely hotel with a great view of Birmingham City from the top floors. The hotel is well maintained and very tidy. There is lots of interesting decor in the reception and bar area and that makes it very cosy. The rooms were also very clean and tidy and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast had a great choice from a full English breakfast to fruit and croissants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is also a car park (pay and display) located under the building.

So stayed here for a weekend and it was alright but a few things not so great. The rooms are cleaned but not to a really high standard. The bathroom had a shower head that would not stop dripping in the night whilst trying to sleep. The breakfast down stairs wasn’t that good. We originally had a standard room but the view was of a roof top so we upgraded to be able to have some sort of view from out window. It cost £40 to upgrade for two night but we did notice that if we booked at the time of arrival we would of got the executive room for cheaper than the standard room. Very weird way of pricing but I guess the customer is never thought of first in these situations. Reception and breakfast staff are polite. Probably would stay again but would be checking prices first to ensure most value for money. They also have a car park to the side of the hotel which is super handy.

Fantastic stay! Swift and friendly check in from reception on arrival. We had a nice large quiet room on the 8th floor which had a coffee machine, fridge and lovely bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was incredible, perfect ambiance, food was so tasty and beautifully presented with superb friendly service from the f&b team. Breakfast was busy (not surprising at 10am on Sunday morning!) but still plenty to choose from and everything tasted freshly cooked. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning!

Nice hotel. Easy to get the tram from New Street or it's a nice walk. Service was great. Went for a meeting and the facilities were fab. And the meeting rooms were a good size with fabulous views over the city. The bedroom didn't have a remote but this was quickly resolved. The bar has a great selection. The breakfast was very good. We had meatballs as the meeting lunch and they weren't great but that could have been personal taste and there was a selection of other foods.
