   My family have been getting their furniture from this company for years and they never disappoint. I recently brought a new bed from them and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. Initially, I was not happy with the colour of the bed and they immediately replaced the bed in a different colour and made sure I was 100% satisfied with what I had received. All the workers were professional and helpful, and did not make me feel like an inconvenience for wanting adjustments. They put their customer first and make sure you have exactly what you want. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much, I am so happy with my purchase.

   So happy I went into this furniture store, at random just to browse to decide what I was looking for, having scanned for sofas online across various establishments this shop is a hidden local gem, we need to all buy from. I was left at my own leisure to explore without being pestered which I absolutely loved, as it added to my own personal experience. K only came over a few times to tell me the cost of what I was looking at, with a discount and that they could bespoke any piece furniture that I liked online or in their store that I liked. I sat on all kinds of sofas, modern to classy, and really got a feel for what I was looking for in peace! My sofas came within the week, and the delivery guys were great. I absolutely love my beautiful sofas, I spent within my budget for what hopefully will be long lasting, quality pieces of furniture and got a bargain without cutting down on the quality and comfort. I appreciate all the top quality service given inculding my discount at FK. Had a slight issue with wrong recliner seats placed in wrong places, they came back to resolve the issue without quibble. Asim was extremely helpful and understanding. A* service from top to bottom, zero complaints from me. I highly recommend this furniture store. I plan on returning soon to look, to see if I can get a suitable bed at some point. Thank you FK. A special thanks to K and Asim your sofas have transformed my living room and given myself comfort for the better. Miss Campbell

   Most amazing customer service We was let down by Another store regarding a table. We attended furniture kingdom and found a table straight away which we preferred but never thought in a million years we could have one for Christmas. The staff were so helpful and communicated they would have it in our home by Christmas Eve, me being let down really did not believe this but honestly from the moment we left the shop the communication was 10/10 from start to finish. Our beautiful table and chairs arrived Christmas Eve! We could not believe this and couldn’t recommend them enough! No false promises, honesty throughout and the best customer service! We are awaiting other items to come into stock and we have full faith in the staff to ring us when they are in. I can’t wait to have another look around the shop in the near future! Definitely go here you will NOT be let down! If they can do the unexpected Christmas Eve then they can do it all year round
