Just been in store, they have enticing showroom and display. Set up in a manor of modern art to adhere to all households with different colour themes and rooms. Staff were absolutely wholesome and were very informative with any specific needs.
Great showroom with plenty of design ideas. Mikaela was extremely helpful and supplied us with colour swatches to take away. Overall a great experience.
Mihaela was very helpful throughout our visit. Talked us through all options, gave us honest pros and cons, and advised us financing options also. Hammonds was a “one stop shop” for our new home needs which is so useful when you’re stressed and busy with moving.
We visited the Hammond showroom in Erdington and were greeted by the lovely Parveen. We are buying a new build home and wanted to see the different wardrobe ranges offered by the builder. Even though Parveen knew there wouldn’t be a sale for herself, she spent a lot of time going through our options. She was friendly and welcoming, and very informative. If you’re looking for new bedroom furniture, I would recommend without hesitation a visit to Hammonds in Erdington. To be clear, I was hesitant before going, it’s not an area I know, and I had never met Parveen before.
Popped in to the Erdington showroom, to see the furniture in ‘real life’ following working with Joe Thomas on our bedroom design. The lady was so helpful and’s helped us confirm our decision on colour and accessories. Fantastic service :-) Update : The fitting is now complete and everything is perfect and went completely to plan.
Visited the new showroom suggested by Ram who came to give us a quote for my sons bedroom. Very nice showroom, well worth a look. Parveen was most helpful and pleasant showing us the different internal layouts along with the range and handles we had chosen. Ram was great too, felt very at ease, no hard sell, lovely person. Jacky at your showroom in Bilston was also helpful.
Popped into Hammond last Friday, on the off chance. had a great experience was made to feel welcome by Parveen, who showed me around and was able to show me around the showroom giving me advice and support. I was able to leave with an appointment for qualified designer to come round to my home the following Monday.
We really recommend popping into Hammonds to see Parveen. She was super helpful when I stopped by yesterday, showing me a whole range of products that I’d otherwise only seen in pictures. For anyone thinking of buying with Hammonds, I think it’s best to pop to a show room first, to check you like what you’ve selected. Seeing the products in the flesh made us rethink a few aspects of our designs. The design process was excellent though. Cristiano spent hours with us, fine tuning designs for under-stair storage and alcove units.
