   When I found two totally-unknown and totally-unauthorized charges of some eighty dollars each on my credit card from Paul Martyn Furniture, I had to cancel that card over apparent fraud -- then I SENT THREE EMAILS TO THE PAUL MARTYN INFORMATION EMAIL ADDRESS, asking them for a response with some explanation -- instead, THERE HAS BEEN ZERO REPLY, NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. CONCLUSION>THIS FIRM IS UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNRESPONSIVE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL! BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THOSE WHO DO NOT CARE IF INNOCENT PARTIES LIKE US GET SCAMMED IN THEIR NAME!

   Incredible customer service! Having initially purchased a gift from here over 4 years ago, when it was lost I reached out to see if they still stocked it. They were helpful and friendly, found the item and sent me means of ordering. It was of great sentimental value so we were thrilled to be able to replace it. Communication was exceptional and delivery super quick!

   Recently purchased a dinning room table and four chairs. Did not want the norm furniture from certain retailers. The owner was really lovely and helpful, so was his assistant. Also got to choose beautiful fabric for our chairs, so many to choose from. Not only that they are kindly keeping our new furniture in storage as we are having an extension being built. A massive thank you to all.

Hosed in a former farm outbuilding Paul Martyn offer a wide range of Oak and Pine furniture plus many ornaments and accessories for your home. See something you like but it's too small or too large for where you would like to put it? No problem give them your measurements and they'll make it to your requirements. Feeling more adventurous, design your own item and talk to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit.
