   I had my kitchen designed and fitted by an excellent carpenter who uses Howdens From the first few months the gloss on my doors have marked they replaced a couple of doors and promised to come out and see the rest they did not come out again I believe the gloss on the doors is faulty. I have spoken to several kitchen companies and they say they should have been replaced ….. There is only my husband and myself in our home I am extremely house proud and after spending thousands of pounds am extremely disappointed…….its so upsetting upsetting

   So disappointed! Had an appointment at 11am today, got there on time and was told it has been cancelled because the member of staff dealing with our kitchen design is off sick and they forgotten to call us. No email or call to inform me or to reschedule with anyone else. I had arranged for someone to babysit my little one. Very unprofessional will not be returning again or wanting to reschedule. Thank u for nothing howdens minworth.

   I have called this branch a number of times over the last couple of years after a terrible experience with my local branch and each time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Julie. She is a lovely lady and a real credit to the branch. Julie has restored my faith in Howdens as I was reluctant to deal with them again. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful Julie x

   If there was a 6th star I would probably give it to Bryony from Minworth. Renovating a whole house can be very stressful and all one wants is for the people involved to understand the vision. I har of course checked other kitchen suppliers before I walked into Minworth. When I sat down with Bryony to have our design appointment I knew who I needed to go with. I have sketched how I would like my kitchen to look like. Bryony really grasped the vision and presented it to me. She was really straightforward with what we could or we could not do and didn't try to push her own ideas on me. On the contrary she understood exactly what I wanted and make it reality!The communication throughout the process was effortless and I could always feel that Bryony was on the top of things! Our kitchen looks beyond amazing! Furthermore the after-sales care has been fantastic also. I had to contact Bryony a few times because my builders lost parts of the kitchen accessories and hit a door and we needed to replace it.Bryony always replieds as soon as I sent her an email and fixes things directly! Thank you so MUCH! for a great experience!

   As a kitchen fitter of over 25 years I thought it was time to post my first review !! I have over the years fitted most companies kitchens but over the later years have had many dealing with Howdens at Minworth, I can’t actually remember how I got to dealing with a guy called Tony green the lead designer there but all I can say was that was one lucky day for me !! Having dealt with many different company’s and designer over the years I can say hand on heart that this guy go the extra mile , nothing is too much trouble for him is always there if you need excellent advise ! He is my go to guy for every kitchen I now buy from the moment the kitchen design is created to delivery and installation too , I am not saying Howdens are perfect , yes I don’t always get 100% delivery 1st time , yes I sometimes get things delivered damaged but what I do get is someone on the other end of the phone who always answers the phone to me and takes it upon himself to sort my issues out , I had never had this personnel experience before from any other company , to those once you have placed the order you are just a number and given the runaround, this is the main reason why I always go back to Howdens to buy my kitchen , not because they are the cheapest , not because they are the best quality but because of Tony green , enough said !! PS , don’t know why this review has come under my daughters (Abi) google account when my name is mark Gleiwitz

   Friendly and helpful staff I was dealt with by Tony Green who is very knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him showed me so many styles designs and products. Would highly recommend a visit if purchasing a new kitchen

   Bought a kitchen from howdens 3 years ago for our daughters' new home and was so impressed by Tony the designer we decided to buy our new kitchen from them. They are very professional and listen to your ideas, give great advice I would highly recommend howdens.
